Pinos Del Valle

Pinos del Valle is situated in the Lecrin Valley (meaning Valley of Happiness) just south of Granada City. Pinos del Valle is easily accessed, just 5 minutes from the Granada - Motril motorway, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. We are situated 35 minutes from Granada airport, 25 minutes from the Alhambra and Granada City, 30 minute from the Coast (Costa Tropical) and 45 minute from skiiing in the Sierra Nevada.

 

The village itself is a unspoilt Spanish village, offering guests the opportunity to experience rural spain, away from the package holidays of the Costas. The village has a few small shops and an excellant bar that serves tapas and larger meals to order. The lecrin valley is a fertile agricultural region, with an abundance of orange, almond, and olive trees, the pace of life is still slow and you might well see a local farmer with his donkey walk past the door. A short walk will take you into beautiful countryside and it possible to walk between most of the villages in the valley.
